Is Vasti just a basic water enema?
Not at all. A standard enema only flushes the rectum with water. Vasti is a highly advanced medical procedure using precise decoctions, honey, salt, and oils tailored to aggressively pull systemic toxins from the entire body into the colon for elimination.

How long do I need to hold the liquid inside?
